Ok I have to say...This looks very promising!! Good job!!! I can't wait for more but can we have a customizable MC maybe? I know it's a lot to ask but it would gather a lot of interest!
At first, I thought it would use a different-universe, same-characters approach, but I like that KU is it's own thing, with just references to WTDL.
Nice pacing, too. I'm not big on waiting an eternity to get down to business, and the supernatural background gives a lot of freedom to add whatever you guys feel like.
When i noticed it, i thought "If anybody here is as good as wtdl Morris, i'm ought to try it." And well, i'm not disappointed, but it kinda looks like we'll be saving best for last. Cool tv jingle reference btw. Also bless you for putting ~20% text speed as default.

Minor bug: If you erase “You” from the player name prompt and leave it blank, it defaults to “Kobu,” which becomes a bit confusing later on.
Thanks for the report we will make changes in the future.
I love the premise a lot, gets right into it too. All the choices matter it seems 👀💦
My only gripe is the MC not having their own appearance, mainly gray floating limbs for a certain scene.
